Summary

Daytona International Speedway is the home of "The Great American Race" -- the Daytona 500. Though the season-opening NASCAR Winston Cup event garners most of the attention – as well as the largest audience in motorsports – the enormous 480-acre motorsports complex boasts the most diverse schedule of racing on the globe, thus earning it the title of "World Center of Racing." In addition to 10 major weekends of racing activity, rarely a week goes by that the Speedway grounds are not used for events that include civic and social gatherings, car shows, photo "shoots," production vehicle testing and police motorcycle training. It also hosts the popular, Daytona USA, aracade and fan experience!

	Winston Cup's Daytona 500; The Daytona 500, aka The Great American Race, is NASCAR's premier event. This race kicks off the season and is the biggest race of the season!

	Budwieser Shootout; This is a special "all-star" style race. Any driver who won a pole award the previous season or is a former Winston Cup champion is invited to battle it out, under that lights at Daytona International Speedway!
	Winston Cup's Pepsi 400; This is Winston Cups second race at Daytona. This races marks the halfway point of the season. The points race really heats up after this race!
	Busch Series 250 and EAS / GNC Live Well 300; NASCAR's Busch Grand National series runs two races at the Daytona International Speedway.
	Florida Dodge Dealers 250; This is the Daytona race for the Craftsman Truck series. Watch as the trucks roar around the Daytona International Speedway.
	Rolex 24 at Daytona; The Grand America Road Racing's Rolex Sports Car series holds a 24 hour racing event at Daytona. Named the Rolex 24, this race tests the endurance of both machine and man.
	Richard Petty Driving Experience; The Richard Petty Driving Experience allows you to ride or drive a NASCAR stock car on the famous Daytona International Speedway.
